Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for returns.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any additional postage charges.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at customercare@rimeskincare.ca with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions .
- Pack the product securely and include your order confirmation or receipt in the package.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at customercare@rimeskincare.ca. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
