Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for returns.
  3. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any additional postage charges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at customercare@rimeskincare.ca with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions .
  3. Pack the product securely and include your order confirmation or receipt in the package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at customercare@rimeskincare.ca. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
